This certification is designed to test your fundamental understanding, required knowledge of lean six sigma, carried out with new process design principles. It effectively utilizes the six sigma methodology for innovation of products, services and processes. The core maxim of the course is “design it right the very first time”, to avoid unnecessary re-work and re-design.
DFLSS has valuable application in marketing, process and product development. Used extensively in marketing, finance, manufacturing and IT. After reviewing vulnerabilities in conceptual and operational aspects, it infuses quality design principles during initial process design.
