Return & Refund Policy

Introduction:

This policy governs the return and refund procedures for the Instructor-Led Training (ILT) program. Please read the terms carefully before purchasing any of our courses. By purchasing our courses, you agree to this policy.

  Eligibility for Refunds:

To qualify for a refund, customers must meet the following criteria:

Time Frame: You must submit your refund request within seven (7) days of purchasing your course.

Content Consumption: You must have consumed less than twenty-five per cent (25%) of the video-learning content. Consumption beyond this threshold disqualifies your request for a refund.

Live Class Attendance: You must not have attended more than one (1) live online class. Attendance of more than one class voids your eligibility for a refund.

Physical Training Kit: If you have received a physical training kit, you are ineligible for a refund.

Tests: You must not have taken any test as part of the course.

Reason for Refund: You must have a valid reason for requesting a refund. Please provide a clear and detailed explanation as to why you cannot continue with the course.

Loan or EMI: If you have taken a loan or have availed of the EMI scheme from any of our partners to pay for the course, you are not eligible for a refund.

Process for Requesting a Refund:

To initiate a refund request, email our customer support team at support@choolslearning.com & Copy to refund@chools.in . In your email, please include your full name, course title, date of purchase, and a detailed explanation of your reason for requesting a refund.

Processing Refunds:

Upon receipt of a refund request, we will review it in accordance with this policy. If your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Changes to the Policy:

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised policy on our website.

By continuing to participate in the training program after any such changes, you accept and agree to the revised policy. If you do not agree to the changes, your only recourse is to stop using the training program and request a refund, subject to the terms of this policy.
