Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

• — Responsible for client deliverables (functional/technical) of medium-high complexity work with quality check, learning and understanding the client's requirements
• — Functional Consultant with relevant knowledge and experience of the respective business processes for design and configuration
• — In-depth knowledge of Workday security framework, business process configuration
• — Proven experience in eliciting and elaborating business requirements, drafting system design specifications, and developing technical solutions
• — Accountable for the development of test scenarios using Workday functional knowledge in Core Finance
• — Strong follow-through, ability to drive to closure and resolution of complex system issues. Excellent problem identification, analysis and solving skills
• — Responsible for tenant build using workbooks, provision and administer PAAS Environment Strategy, Tenant build, Deploy, Bug fix support & report creation.
• — Lead the day-to-day activities of ERP Advisory engagements for various clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews
• — Good exposure/experience on any 2 of the Workday specialization modules.
• — Ability to solve problems, diagnose issues and develop appropriate solutions
• — Strong Excel skills – ability to manage and analyse large, complex datasets, iLoads, & EIBs.Should be capable of mentoring in building teams and enhance technical & functional skills for the team.

• Budget/Forecast submission as per Colt’s policies and procedures
• Timeliness and accuracy of reconciliations
• Timeliness and Accuracy of reports
• Timeliness and Accuracy of other deliverables

Role specific requirements:

 Relevant financial experience in an international and/or complex environment, with a proven broad knowledge of financial practices and procedures Direct track record and experience in role purpose and accountabilities
• Good Financial Planning background
• Understanding of Financial Statement.
• Experience MIS reporting
• Subject Matter Expert in relevant Functional Area.

Qualifications:

• MBA/CA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent in India,15 years + experience
• Excellent MS office skills especially Excel, Access, PowerPoint
• Macro creation added advantage with financial tools like Hyperion Anaplan, SAP tools & pre-designed planning models like OLAP databases, Hyperblock architecture tools
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Excellent financial system knowledge and financial reporting
• Proven ability to work with minimal direction
• Identifies and pro-actively pursues opportunities for improvement

Others :

• Be aware of colt information security, business continuity, quality and other ISO or equivalent policies/ industry standards and discharge duties against them as appropriate.
• Identify risks related to process and information security and treat/ mitigate the same as appropriate
