Power of Perseverance

Perseverance is defined as steady persistence in a course of action/a purpose/a state in spite of difficulties, obstacles, or discouragement. There are many people who have literally lived by this definition. Read their obstacles below:

Michael Jordan was cut from his high school basketball team.

Beethoven’s music teacher told him he was a hopeless composer.

Charles Babbage invented the computer in 1837. He was unable to get funding for his device so it never caught on during his lifetime. It wasn’t until 1943, long after Baggage’s death, that computers really started to take off.

Walt Disney was turned down by over a hundred banks when he tried to get funding to develop Disneyland.

Are you ready to show the power of perseverance in your life?
